Komplete Audio 6 MK2 output to monitor

I bought the audio card in question. But when I input a signal, it doesn't come out on the monitors. I tried through Windows in the settings but the signal comes out with a lot of latency. The previous model Audio 6 didn't have these problems. I hope you fix this problem because it's pretty bad.
