8dio Bundle not downloading

Please Help

I have an older operating system (MacOS 10.13, and I can't upgrade beyond High Sierra). The newest version of Native Access I can download that is compatible is Native Access 1.14. I purchased the 8dio Epic Bundle.

Went to Native Access, the bundle appears but there is only the option to "add library" instead of "install." How do I install this bundle when there is no option in Native Access to do so.

Thanks!

Per the purchase page, the required OS is:

macOS 11-14 (latest update) (with Rosetta 2)

In my experience, if it says MacOS 11 thru 14 are needed, then MacOS 10 or earlier will not work…as in WILL NOT WORK.

And also in my experience, there's no way to sweet-talk it into working; not even if you are a Mac internals geek.

If you can't upgrade your OS, then you need to ask NI for a refund. And next time, read the software requirements, ESPECIALLY when you are running an OS that's not even the current one. Reading the requirements will save you future hassle, future effort, AND future cash!

    Good luck.
