Maschine Mikro and Komplete S61 MK3 with Studio One Pro 7

Hi all,
I configured my setup to play Keyboards using the Kontakt 8 Plugin and send the Keyboard output to my Looper

In parallel I want to record what I played on Keyboard in Studio.
Additionally I would like to play some drum fills using the Maschine Mikro Pads and Sounds.
Now I have the problem that the devices (Maschine and S61) seems to be connected.
If I start playing my recorded take in Studio One, always the Maschine Songs started in parallel (what I don't want) and the lights on my S61 change the colours depending on the pad colour I touch on the maschine.

Do you have any idea how I can use the Machine Sounds and Pads only as a kind of Trigger Pad without any other impact to my studio one activities?
