NI Gentlemen keys noises

Hello. Please advise. I use the NI Gentleman library. When playing, there are rustling or shuffling sounds closer to the lower notes. I saw that someone asked a similar question, but the answer does not open. I turned off the sounds of the dampers, pedals, strings and hammers. Is this normal for this library, the piano is old? I thought these were the sounds of the mechanics that cannot be removed. Is it possible to remove all extraneous noise? External sound card scarlett 2:4 4 gen. i5 10400f, 16 gb of RAM. SSD. 44100. Tried a different buffer, the result is the same. Thanks in advance for any answers.

Could you share a small MIDI file and audio of the MIDI? This way we can check if we get the same result. It's sometimes hard to know the expectation/result.

Hello. As I understand it, these are mechanical sounds that cannot be removed even by turning off the noise section. It's just that many reviewers on the Internet didn't have any noise on the video, and only one has the same noise. I'm very happy with the sound of Gentelmen, so I just put up with the noise.
