Traktor 4 crashes going to folders that contain separated stem tracks

I have a S8 and when I generate a stem from a track it works fine plays fine. But after I play the track or stem file, when i go back to the folder that the track is in Traktor crashes soon as I push the encoder to go into that folder. Only does it from the3 controller. If I use the mouse it does not crash. Also some of the tracks that I generated a stem file from wont pull the stem up again! Lots of bugs and glitches. So now every folder that I have a stem file in makes Traktor crash if I use my S8 to load it.
