Loosing chanel

Good morning. Is anyone having this problem? Since updating my instruments I’m loosing the left Chanel after about 30 seconds and it’s really annoying. I’ve checked if my subscription is active and paid and all is in order. It was all good yesterday. I’ve also checked if it happens on my VST’s and it doesn’t. It’s only on the NI products.

no I don't know this problem, never heard of it, native plugins work or don't if they are not registered or subscription ended as far as I know. What DAW do you use with what plugins, what exact setup/routing?

hey. I use Maschine software I’m totally NI. 360 subscription is still very much active. My setup and routing is all good. I’ve been using Maschine for 7 years and never had this problem 🤷‍♂️ U-He VST’s and effects, Roland VSt’s, Korg VST’s, and Pigments all working perfectly in Maschine software 🤯

Hey @Kaiwan_NI it was exactly that. NI put the monthly subscription up, took my money at the old payment then blocked my subscription. It’s all been sorted and they’re letting me have the package at the old price for the inconvenience
