Reactor 6 and Orchetra

Native Access controls the library functions for the NI framework. Don't move the libraries after you have installed them. If you want to move the libraries, delete them first, then change their locations in Native Access "Preferences/File Management" and redownload them after, Reaktor should be reeinstalled as well. and should find them, if it's done correctly.
Also, most of the of the Komplete Orchestral libraries will show up in Komplete Kontrol, Maschine SW, Kontakt or the Kontakt Player, not Reaktor!

Product with the name "Orchetra" does not exists. 🙄
If you mean "Orchestral" or "Orchestra" then the above comment is the answer.
You need Kontakt (basically) or/and Maschine / Komplete Kontrol, not Reaktor.0
