can someone please help me with my license transfer? or am I hopeless right now?
have not been able to contact anyone and it has been days? is everyone on holiday? Am I Hopeless? is my Maschine Plus going to be a brick for a long period of time? this is asinine and incredibly frustrating. more than likely the last Native-Instruments piece of gear I buy if it takes this long and is this frustrating.

Well - it is the holiday season. Family time etc.
I believe support will be back up to full capacity starting week of Jan 6, 2025
