East West Hollywood Orchestrator and Komplete Kontrol

I am using Cubase 13, Komplete 14 and Eastwest Composer Cloud. There are two ways to insert the Hollywood Orchestrator into an instrument track.

  1. set the instrument "Opus" directly in Cubase 1 directly.png
  2. set the instrument as "Komplete Kontrol" and then "Opus" into KK 2 via KK.png

The first way works as it expected, but lacks some features offered with NI hardware (S61 in my case). I would prefer the second way but it does not work properly. When loading the preset "Ancient Battle 03" for instance, some of the instruments (marked by yellow line) have a volume of zero.

This seems to be a problem with NKS support. Is there an solution to this problem? Thank you very much in advance.
