Massive X version 1.4.5 - 'black screen'

I recently upgraded to Komplete 15 Ultimate. Everything is working apart from Massive X. Native Access is showing the version of Massive X as 1.4.5.

When I try using it in Fl Studio (Producer Edition v24.2 [build 4503] - Windows 64bit) or
Cakewalk by Bandlab (Version 2024.12 [build 125 64-bit]) I get a 'black screen' instead of the expected interface.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, but it doesn't fix the issue. Any ideas on what I can do to fix the issue? Thanks in advance.

A black screen usually means that your GPU does not support Direct 3D 11.1 (Feature Level 11_1) or higher:

Perhaps something was changed - rendering-wise - in the new version.

You could try asking NI's Support if they can provide you a download link for the 1.4.4 version. Consider upgrading your GPU in the long-term, however.

The GPU doesn't support Direct 3D 11.1 (Feature Level 11_1) or higher so this must be the reason. I can run Kontakt 8 but not Guitar Rig 7.

Will look into upgrading the GPU.
