Strange behavior seeking input

I have been using Traktor for 15-20 years with no major issues. I am a huge advocate

The other day for the first time the following happened:

• went to mix next track and sound for that track cut off after 1 min or so (original kept playing and new track was scrolling. If I moved to earlier position it would play)
• Selected next track on playlist, on diferent deck started fine and also cut off sound - exact same behavior but with diff track on diff deck.
• Selected next on diff deck also started fine and then sound cut off (tracks do keep playing/scrolling) same

I ended session due to this. After that it has not occurred again. I played a 3 hr set yesterday

Using:

• brand new MacBook Pro M1
• Sequioia 15.1 latest
• Traktor 4.1 latest
• S4 MK3

Because I can’t figure out what the cause could be. I feel it can happen again during any gig so it made me loose confidence

If you change Audio Device or Preparation List, it switches back after a variable amount of time. That's what i discovered in the last few months. The only solution to this so far is to exit the program after the change, then load it up again. Then it stays put. Don't ask me. Please make a support ticket. The more, the merrier. :)

Thanks for the reply. I am not aware of “changing audio device” or using “preparation list” but I’m curious about what you mean I was just playing as normal. Happy to create a ticket for this, specially if it’s related. To me it almost looked like serious malfunction but again, I can’t replicate. And I was playing again today for a couple of hours. Thank you

oh! Do you mean that the same happened to you and it was resolved by going to settings, switching audio device and back ? If you had the same experience, let me know more to see if it’s the same . Thank you
