Rhythmicrobot install problem

Has anyone had problems installing rhythmicrobot libraries? I’m new at this and quite lost. I installed some 8dio instruments then tried to install rhythmicrobot (Prototype, Mongo’s Machines, and Shortwave) using the same process. Kontakt said incompatible files. So I consulted RR website. It said not a library, install as preset. So I tried that. Kontakt still says incompatible files. Does anyone know how to install RR files, or should I quit while I’m ahead?

The libraries or instruments should come with an installation guide. Check if Kontakt full is required or if Kontakt Player is enough, it should be specified in the system requirements. Please reach out to their support.
