hey all just bought maschine micro mk3. i used my code on N.I…but maschine is not available to download from N.I (although on the web site the product is registered on my account…)only maschine micro is registred when i checked the website

    You'll need to put in a ticket to have the Maschine licence added to your account unfortunately. You can go here - https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/sections/18115022767005. You'll need to log into your account and you'll get a chatbot to contact support at the bottom right of the page.

    Responses will be delayed at the moment due to the Xmas break and the current sales generating more support requests than usual.
