Something went wrong upgrading from komplete 15 standard to ultimate?

Hey!

I've recently upgraded komplete 15 from standard to ultimate, and I see all the new instruments and effects in native access, but there are a couple of things which seem to be wrong:

  • I didn't receive any code to unlock the 2 "bx_" plugins by native alliance. In the 3rd party products in my account I only see the code for the bx_ plugins included in k15 standard. Under "My products" in Plugin Alliance's installer, I only see the bx_ plugins included with standard, not the new ones.
  • I didn't receive the $25 voucher (I didn't read anywhere that this applies only to full-version purchases, so I assume it should be sent out also to users upgrading, no?)
  • If I go to the "My products" page under "My account", I see this:

I've never even opened Creator Tools nor Guitar rig, so everything's ok for them. But what about K15 Ultimate? Why is it up there? The good old 15 standard is correctly visible below, under "Registered products".

The purchase confirmation email clearly says "You will not receive any serial numbers by email. Native Access automatically registers your serial numbers so you don’t have to enter them manually."

So… Am I missing something?

    Does not look like you upgraded anything to me. That entry looks like a full license for K15 ULT.

    Here what an "upgrade" should look like in your account:

    It should be very obvious that it is an upgrade (or an "update") for a prior version of Komplete.

    I have about 5 of these listed in my account (all with the clear reference to an "upgrade" or "update") over the last 10-15 years.

    Where did you buy this "upgrade" to K15 ULT.

    Update: the code for the Plugin Alliance plugins arrived by mail (a few days after the purchase).

    I'm updating the thread in case someone else has the same "problem" and finds this post!
