Why doesn't my screen show any song information? only show Logo

I bought some used hardware last week and now I find that the traktor screen doesn't show any information, only the logo. Has anyone encountered this before? I tried to update the software but it failed.

I'm a newbie and don't know if there is a switch to turn on this function. Can anyone help me?thnaks.

Yes , win10 19045 , and I tried to upgrade according to the tutorial you sent, but it prompted 'Windows cannot find a suitable driver for your device'😥

Do you get the little exclamation marks on Device manager? Try plugging in the S4 and right clicking on each S4 MK3 entry, selecting uninstall driver on each, then unplug the S4, reboot and try again.

It is possible that your graphics card is not OpenGL 3.3 compatible. Does everything else work apart from the screens?

I tried to uninstall the driver the way you did, but it didn't work, and I don't know why

And I also tried to find all the drivers in the computer, and strangely only the s4 mk3 related drivers didn't, and the others did, and I don't quite understand why😭

I want to use the S4 MK3 updater to see the current version, but I get this error message, obviously the hardware is connected to the computer and working normally

I reinstalled win10 and it's fixed🤣
