Or am i totally wrong if so please recommend, explain the Right set up!

You can use Traktor Pro and Maschine software on the same MacBook and the same time. Not sure about older MacBooks but Apple Silicon Macs should be able to handle that load.

What won't work is running Maschine in a channel of Traktor Pro at least not with Maschine Mikro as it has no audio output. What should work to use the controllers main out in both Traktor and Maschine. But you are not able to control Maschines volume with the channel fader then. Maybe you can map something that Traktor send MIDI via Virtual Port to Maschine to achieve this.

As you mention a 4 channel controller we are talking about S3 or S4. As both feature line inputs you could feed the output of a Maschine Mk3 or another audio interface into your controller with an audio cable. With your Maschine Mikro you may can use your MacBooks onboard audio for that.

OK thx! But with a second Mac Book it should work easy right? Than i could use the Audio Output from the Maschine Micro/ Mac setup for the Input to one Channel of the Controller?!

Not much difference to running both apps on one Mac. Maschine Mikro is just a controller and has no own audio interface. If you use onboard audio of the one or the other Mac doesn‘t make much difference. Traktor uses the interface of your controller either way.

Maschine Mikro itself has no output - it doesn‘t have an audio interface. Select the onboard audio of your MacBook in Maschine software and connect it to an input of your controller. Doesn‘t matter if Maschine runs on the same or another Mac as Traktor Pro.

Since you mention a 4-channel controller, we're talking about S3 or S4. Since both have line inputs, you can feed the output of a Maschine Mk3 or other audio interface into your controller with an audio cable. With your Maschine Mikro, you can use your MacBook's built-in audio for this.

If you are using a Windows computer it should work exactly the same: Use the audio interface of you controller for Traktor Pro. And setup the output of your computer (headphone socket) in Maschine software as output for Maschine. Connect the headphone output to an input of your Traktor controller. Not sure about the quality of your computers onboard interface you may want to use something with better quality. If you use a Maschine Mk3 and not a Mikro you can of course use the integrated interface of your Maschine.

What do you mean with Audio Interface? I have a Mac Air M1 do I Need another Software than the Maschine Software?

Audio interface = soundcard. A device which features audio outputs and/or inputs for a computer.

As you don't told us which controller you use I still expect you to use an S3 or S4 Mk3. in both cases mixing of all audio signals happens internally within Traktor. As you want to have the Maschine output on a channel strip of your controller the signal of Maschine somehow has to get inside Traktor software. Only way to do this is to use one of the phyiscal inputs of your controller because Traktor can only work with one audio interface/soundcard at a time. Therefore you cannot use any kind of virtual audio routing software to get Maschine sounds into Traktor, because you cannot route your Traktor master and cue signals to your controller then. Therefore you'll have to have a second audio interface/soundcard to get Maschines output to one of the controllers inputs. With your MacBook you can use the headphone output of the MacBook for that.
