Where can I download the Maschine 2 software?

I have just recently bought a Maschine Mk3 and have put in the serial number intro Native Access. The software did not appear, all that appeared was something called Massive and something called NI Accessibility Helper. Where can I download the software?

There's a thread about this problem here, it seems that sometimes the Maschine software doesn't get correctly registered. Take a look at the first page and there's a response from Customer Support explaining what to do. If it'a recent new purchase you should get the latest Maschine 3 software rather than Maschine 2.

What if I received a newly purchased Mikro Mk3 as a gift, but need the Maschine 2.0 software, and it doesn't/isn't appear(ing) in Native Access?

If you want 2.0 and never saved the installation file on your computer (before it gets auto canceled after the installation), you have to ask for support to provide it to you (that’s the way they want to handle this…)

On this page you can find the updates, but they stopped publishing them since 2017
