All expansions say repair but Installation paths are correct

Hi there all,

I have not used my laptop in awhile and just bought the sound impact pedal steel which runs through the Kontact system. I uploaded the code in NA 2 and noticed that all my libraries said "repair"

When I looked at installation path, they are all set to an external SSD HD that is all working. When I try to reinstall I get error. I have had the same problem through multiple attempts to resolve! I am attaching two screen shots which show that all seem ok.

I did have to update NA (and it said "installing dependencies" during update) and I also updated K7, K player, etc. rebooted the computer and same problems.

I am stumped and any help appreciated.

thanks Chris A

The screenshot shows the volume name as "Extreme SSD 1" rather than "Extreme SSD". You can get that issue if you mount two drives with the same name on a Mac at some point, as I found out recently !

Eject all drive / volumes and reboot your Mac computer.

Attach your “Extreme SSD” drive, and check the volume name is correct on the Desktop with no extra spaces in front on behind the name.

Run Native Access, ignore all Repair warnings for the moment if there are, and check that the Content location setting is correctly set. Refresh Native Access browser view (or quit and rerun Native Access again).

While still in Native Access, use the Repair feature for all the items with the warnings. You should be good to go after that.

Do note if this occurs again, reboot your Mac computer. Also, make sure to eject your “Extreme SSD” drive properly—this issue is related to this (you can Google if you want to know more).

Is your Mac networked? If so do you have an "Extreme SSD" shared on another Mac that you've connected to at some point?

Thank you UWE 303. Yes I had done that before and here is the screen shot of what I gave full disc access to.Note that Reaktor and spitfire are also Checked

Thank you myKejb. I note your comment. What's weird is that last time Iused this SSD extreme HD I had no problem w loading all my expansions. I did remove this and used it to download a logic song from my other computer which had another SSD HD plugged in externally-would that cause this to rem=name itself?

I was able to get one expansion to load but after I went in and changed the installation path to be very specific to that expansion in my external HD I was downloading, not just to Native instruments folder on my external HD where this expansion folder was sitting. So I guess my question for you guys is: Is there a way to change installation of all these "repair" expansions to their correct spot without having to do it one by one? or is there a simple way to change multiple installation paths from SSD1 back to SSD? I hope so! thank you

HI guys, so this is weird. I went into some individual expansions that were saying "repair" and I went ahead to see what was going on so I took Mykejb thought and rerouted some expansions directly to SSD specific expansions vs SSD1 and changed some and got the "expansion rerouted and ok" (sorry or language like that). So I went into NA a few minutes ago and some of the expansions that I had successfully rerouted now have "repair" reappearing….hmm something is up and appreciate your help thank you.

here is what NI says after I "reroute successfully" or so it says! and now mentions SSD1
