Can anyone help me to get Komplete Kontrol to work with Ableton?

I could not load my intrunments so I took all the directions and checked file paths, all were right, then I uninstalled, and I searched for all the right folders to trash, reinstalled multiple times, repeating this process. Each time the problems seemed to get worse, whereas when i started the trouble shooting, when I opened KK in standalone mode, the instrunments were playing and I was able to play virtual keyboard, now the keyboard will not appear and I cannot get my window to expand enough to even see it.

    Have you checked if everything is working as expected in Komplete Kontrol in standalone? Are you able to launch all NI plug-ins in standalone?

    What kind of error messsage are you getting? Can you share screenshots of those?

    everything is not working in stand alone. I cannot get the window in the app to expand big enough to see the virtual keyboard. this function was working when I first started troubleshooting. now, where the green expansion button is, it's greyed out and will not let me expand the window, and I am still getting the same message when I try to play instrunments in Ableton. I have tried everything. I just deleted the Komplete Kontrol database files and still nothing. I have re installed, re scanned, and everything else , I don't know what else to do. I think I messed it up more.
