On maschine mikro MK2 it was pssible to pin groups. So it was possible to push selected groups with one hand like on a mk3 controller. How can i do this on maschin mikro mk3?

On the MASCHINE MIKRO MK2, the "pin" feature allowed users to lock certain modes or functions, facilitating one-handed operation. However, the MASCHINE MIKRO MK3 does not include this pinning functionality. Instead, it employs a streamlined interface with a single main encoder and fewer buttons, emphasizing a more straightforward workflow.

To switch between groups on the MASCHINE MIKRO MK3, you can use the following method:

    1. Press and hold the "Group" button: This allows you to access the group selection mode.
    2. Use the pads to select a group: While holding the "Group" button, press one of the pads (typically pads 1–8) to select the corresponding group.

This method requires the use of both hands: one to hold the "Group" button and the other to press the desired pad. While this differs from the MK2's pinning capability, it aligns with the MK3's design philosophy of a simplified control scheme.

I do not like this workflow. MK2 was better.
