you have to update your 3rd party plug ins, check if U-he has an update for Diva.

because I assume you moved to an M chip Macintosh, and most likely the version of the plug-in you have is not supported on that chip.

you can try to open your software with rosetta (if you have the option).

The product page does claim that Diva for Mac is VST2/VST3 compliant, as well as available in 32 bit and 64 bit.

So the message you got makes it sound like the plugin somehow didn't get installed.s

I don't know how to address this on Mac. If it were Windows, I'd suggest that you remove all versions from the active plugin folders and leave the one alone in the VST3 folder. At least on Windows, I've been able to fix issues by basically gatekeeping the VSTPlugins folders after every install, and make sure there are no conflicting versions in different folders that can be seen by my DAW.

But you're on Mac, and for all I know, the best one to use is the AUV2 version. I don't know that, and I don't know enough about Mac to be able to advise you. But Don is right above…it's not finding the plugin.

If you are opening old projects that were made on an Intel Mac you'll need to run your DAW in Rosetta mode on your Sillicon Mac: How to Open Your DAW Using Rosetta
