Freezes on startup Maschine plus

Yesterday I bought a second-hand Maschine plus. Unfortunately, it cannot be started separately. It says that Maschine plus starts. When I connect the USB cable, it works, but I start it normally. When I disconnect the USB and connect it separately, it freezes. I bought it with the box and accessories. I updated the firmware on my computer, but I still can't start it.

You could try performing a factory reset.

It only works as a controller. It only loads and freezes when you start it.
