Why isn't Maschine software available

This has been asked over the past couple years it seems. I purchased, brand new, a Maschine MK3 and I am struggling to understand or figure out why I can't download the Maschine software.

Make sure the OS is up to date? Check. Restart Native Access? Check. Make sure it's all registered correctly? Triple checked. Even redownloaded Native Access, and still nothing.

This is super frustrating. My gear is now collecting dust in a corner.

But there is nothing in the forums that tell me why, even though everything is correct, there's no solution to why the software doesn't show up.

Well - there have been 20 different releases of Native Access for M1 - it needs to be 3.16. (or higher)

You should be good to go. But it might be good to review this thread:

Yea I read that page before I posted on here. It's just a shame at the end of the day. I've already left something with support, but now I'm not sure I did it right and will do another one to be on the safe side. There's something about spending hundreds of euros for no return that isn't sitting right with me

There's no real reason from NI as to why clients are having this issue. I see other customers debating it. Not the same. If NI has released a statement somewhere then I would love to read it.

There's really no need to know "why" - there have been multiple threads covering the subject for weeks now, all with responses from NI employees telling people what to do.
