Bring back the browser on the left sidebar

Hi!

I really miss being able to fly quickly through presets with the plugin visible at the same time. Right now changing presets is slow, and involves moving between two views, but before we had a sidebar and could move through presets while seeing the plugin at the same time. Wish this could be improved!

    Should add that I think Kontakt's current browser is pretty perfect for this!!

    & also really really wish the preset list in KK had internal scrolling - it feels very jittery and not smooth at the moment in general.

    Literally one of the most requested things and one of the biggest disappointments in the new UI decision. I've heard it is slated to be updated however if/when that will occur is as good a guess as any…

    Yes the addition of the side browser in K8 strengthens the use case for having such a layout returned to Komplete Kontrol, as clearly this is the optimal layout for drag and drop as well as browsing utility. Seeing as the KK3 browser was based on the Kontakt library browser it would make a lot of sense for the K8 improvements to also be merged into KK3.

    glad you guys agree!! have purchased komplete ultimate recently and am honestly very frustrated and disappointed with the KK experience. it's a big shame. i've used KK a little over the years with my s49 and m32 and the new update really feels like a big step back - on my m32 for example, which I use more than my s49 as I work all over the place, navigating sounds with the controller is completely unusable. there's a huge lag in moving up and down presets in the browser when using the controller, and the search tags are completely invisible. super frustrated tbh!!

    We hear ya.

    It's long time users who know what the efficiency and pleasure can be, sadly some of us have had to stick to v2 to use KK the way it was intended. We all hope this will improve.
