Your version of Kontakt is too old--still not working after trying solutions

I'm running Kontakt 7 on Pro Tools 2020.11 on Mac OS 10.15, and trying to load instruments from Kontakt Factory Library and still getting this error. I've tried downloading and installing the previous KFL installer file as suggested in prior discussions, I've opened Native Access afterward as instructed, and I'm still getting the error. Please help.

Not sure what Native Access you are running - but one thing is certain - your OS is far too old for the latest version of NA (V3.16+)

To fix this - you need to completely uninstall the problem version so as to wipe all traces from your machine before installing the "older" prior version.

Thanks, when you say uninstall the problem version, are you referring to Native Access or the Kontakt Factory Library?
