Error on traktor pro 4 using s4 mk3

Hello,

Almost always, when I'm using my s4 mk3 with my pro 4, using in stem mode, the software breaks down and keeps repeating some place in the music like in 1/64 loop or keeps playing like if I turned the pitch to -50%.

Can I get some help in orden not be embarrassed during a live act?

Yes I've Experienced this 3 times and i have to turn off the S4 which normally ends the issue.

the only thing i did notice is that i was recording on each occasion and it normally happend after about 90mins.

I've just tested it again and it's working. Type in Contact support, then if after a few minutes it does not connect you to an agent it will create an email request. It will not be reflected ib the chat but you should receive an email confirmation so check your inbox.
