How can you download sounds on to the Maschine MK3 and how can open the Maschine MK3 DAW

Hello I bought my Maschine MK3 two months ago at first had trouble connecting the hardware to my computer but I found a way to download the hardware to my computer now my dilemma is how do I start creating music because i cannot open the Maschine D.A.W. or even download sounds or even the Maschine register hardware serial number I was wondering can anyone point me in the right direction?

Download Native Access… you put serials in there, and everything you have with Maschine can be downloaded/activated from there. You don't actually store sounds directly on the hardware, it's stored in the software. Do that first, then I'll help you add your own content to Maschine!

I already downloaded native access i put my serial number in but the maschine daw will not pop up in native access
