multiple expansions in my library are actually demos!!!

Why on earth is native access showing me that I have expansions to install when in reality they are demos???

So first things first, not only are people selling B-Stock hardware when they shouldn't be…leaving me with a komplete kontrol mk2 which isn't only not performing properly, but since it has no serial there's nothing I can do, no way of getting support and I'm stuck with a piece of junk whilst some (cringe) content creator has made off with a few hundred for a product he wasn't supposed to sell on.

Native stop handing out products not fit for purpose because it's folk like me who struggle financially to buy new that end up being hammered at the end of it all, he's made his money, you're making yours, I'm lighter in the pocket and still don't have functioning hardware.

Secondly….I go to install some new and what I thought must be free with the new Kontakt 8 player or update to Komplete expansions, start making music with them, only to suddenly have everything go silent later on in my daw, after going around in circles i finally see that a dozen or more of my installed products have demo next to them ??? like ****** !!! is this some kind of back handed way to egt people to pay for products cos they're already on our system?…

I uninstalled them and low and behold, there they are…back in my library without DEMO next to them making them look like products I own!!!

I'm getting seriously frustrated with everything about this company in recent times, everything is pure greed !

    @R1PPA-C I checked your case. First of all, we can't be held responsible for people selling products they're not supposed to, and one without a serial number is even worse. Please get back to the seller to settle this.

    This means in your case that you can't register the serial and because of that you can't claim the software bundle attached to it. You already have older versions of Komplete Select anyway so that would probaly mean no new products or very few. If you have a technical issue with the keyboard we'll of course help you, no one said that we wouldn't, especially that you have bought several products from us over the years.     About your issues with Kontakt 8 Player,some more info may be helpful here, like what preset or instrument did you load? Was it in a DAW, standalone?

    Some other things can switch our products to demo, and no, it's not intended to make you products you already own, that would make little sense. Please check this article: My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access
