My downloads are stucked in Native Access because Session Guitarist Electric Mint doesn't finish its installing step.

Do you have any trick to help me to finish this installation and go further ?

What version of Native Access?

What operating system and version, Mac or Windows?

What happens during the download? Downloads are typically two processes, the actual download of the software from the internet and then the installation and setup of the software. Depending on the size of the library and the speed of your internet connection these can take a while.

Does the installation stop and give you an error and if so what's the error message?
