my expansions just work as instrument and loops on one Pad, not as group or drum kits
Hi,
there should be all samples for drum kits and so on from my expansions (for example Butch Vig Drum Kit) in "ALL GROUPS" but it is not. So i just can load a loop on one pad, not a kit with drum samples on 16 pads.
Furthermore there is no button "+PATTERNS" downside left in the software, Where is this button in the software? I cannot find this like in the instructions.
I updated all, from Native Access to software…I restored all in Maschine MK3 Prefererences and I deleted all data rubbish.
Please help. I really don´t know what I can do

Butch Vig Drums is a Play Series instrument, not an Expansion.
Have you got this problem with other Expansions?

ok, so it only works when I use Maschine as a Midi Controller in my DAW?
What the ******…why they sell it on native instruments?
I bought "empire breaks" and "Rudiments", too.Because they work with kontakt 8, which is in Maschine Software I thought it should work.
If these "instruments" do not work in maschine, I think I can sell this hardware, buying a cheap midi controller for my DAW to controll these drum kits, or what do you think?0 -
so are the Expansions " like crate cuts" , "borough Chops" the only which is recommended for Maschine?
All the other "Drum" packs are for Kontakt Player which I cannot play like kits on maschine? Just in DAW and then with maschine as midi controller correct?
I wanted to use Maschine with it´s software to produce songs for Metal/Rock/Hardcore, too. Not just for electronic stuff…when I have to use these Drum Intruments like Butch Vig extra in DAW it makes no sense to me.
