Almost no sound comes from mon Kontrol S4 MK3

Hi everyone,

Since this morning almost no sound comes from my Kontrol S4 MK3. Traktor pro 3 recognizes the device, and there's no alert or error : I can load and play my tracks normally, the meters next to the EQ knobs even light as they should be.

The problem is that almost no sound comes from the monitors : I have to push the volume level very high to hear a slight muffled and distorted version of the track playing. I tested different RCAs and even tried the booth output with a jack cable.

I didn't change anything in my setup, and I tried to play a track on the KRK monitors with my phone, they work perfectly.

There's no sound coming from the headphones either.

Can anybody help me ?
