Logic X Battery Preset Problems

Hello!

I am running Logic Pro 10.8.1 and Battery 4.3.0 (RO). Whenever I try to open a saved preset from the logic dropdown, none of the samples populate. If I create a kit or use a preset kit from within battery, the samples load and battery is usable. However, when I close battery in the individual track and then reopen it, the samples loaded in the kit disappear.

Battery has been critical to my workflow for years and this makes it basically unusable for me. I have seen a few similar posts from other users. Does anyone have a solution? This is very frustrating.

check this discussion, to make it short, it's a Problem that hasn't been fix for the last 3years, but… NI told us an update should be there begining of 2025..

I am in the same boat and really not happy with this but thankfully found a different solution to the one proposed by Native Instruments. I am hoping it will see me through until the update. I'll add a post to my blog in case anyone wants an alternative to remapping everything.

We have just shipped an update to Battery 4. It is already available in Native Access 2, although it may take longer to populate download servers worldwide. If you don't see it, keep refreshing!
