Pitch fader replacement

Hi guys. I have a problem with my S4 mk3 where the pitch fader on the left hand side keeps jumping around. It's usable with the sync button but not ideal. I've checked for parts and can't find them anywhere. I was wondering if anyone knows roughly how much it would cost to send it to NI and get it replaced? If it's too much I might have to sell it for spares and repairs.

Have you tried cleaning and fader lube?
