Support does NOT even respond to warranty claims! Been waiting for a week
Filed a warranty claim for an s4 mk3 that cost me 850 euros and broke down with no apparent reason. Not a single response so at this point I am confident they DELIBERATELY ignore tickets, which is utterly disgusting for a company this size. Taking our money they'll do happily but providing the service they promise is apparently too much.
And seeing the overall ratings at trustpilot (currently 1.4/5 with only one-star reviews for the past half year), it seems this company has thoroughly gone to ***. No reason to ignore warranty claims though. I WILL take legal action if they do not fulfill their duty as per their warranty terms and conditions.

Been a buyer and user of their products for many years but this has closed the door for me, I will never buy another NI product again and frankly, with support completely lacking, NOBODY should. A product with "supposedly" a 3-year warranty that is REFUSED by the manufacturer when push comes to shove is a product worth ZERO dollars and shouldn't even be put on the market in the first place.
@NI: You utterly *** at this point, excuse my french. Thousands of customers are currently running fast away from you, and apparently for good reason. What a disgrace.

Over at Yelp, the exact same reviews with the exact same issues. If I had known this, I'd have NEVER bought from them and would have headed straight for pioneer instead. Which is what I'll do from now on. This charlatan company should really be be boycotted, they do NOT deserve our trust nor any of our money. Just my personal opinion of course and at this point, I don't really care who does not agree. I paid almost 1000 euros for NOTHING, cause the product is now worthless. THANK YOU NI, you ****.

i had a good experience with NI concerning the warranty. Im sure they will honour your warranty too. Maybe just wait a little more. Between sales and the holidays probably NI staff can't reach all in time.
And concerning other brands i assure you there's no greener grass on the competition. I tried pionneer and it's so restrictive ecosystem unlike Traktor.
