Ozone 11 advanced crossgrade issue

Hi,

I'm trying to purchase the crossgrade to Ozone 11 Advanced but it says I haven't the right license to be eligible. I own the Komplete 13 Ultimate Collector's Edition. According to the crossgrade rules, I should be eligible to do this crossgrade. Why this problem? Apparently, I'm not the only customer in this situation. Could you give us answers, please?
