Maschine 3.0 app is missing!

I purchased The Maschine Central, with Maschine 3 as part of the bundle, After a back and Forth with someone at support, I finally got Most of Central Installed, BUT I"M MISSING THE APP in Native Access 2 for Maschine 3. so I Purchased the upgrade for $29.00 after Central and still NO APP IN NA! I'm Really disappointed in NI lack of customer support! It's Like they don't care after you spend with them! Can anyone help, Because they NOT!

Purchasing the upgrade to Maschine 3.0 requires the previous version (Maschine 2) to be installed.

Do you have Maschine 2 installed?
