I have found communities for support, in general, to be very inefficient and cumbersome, is there any way to get direct support from NI?

I'm trying to install on my laptop and nothing is working correctly and I can't seem to find answers in their articles. I'm getting stuff like this, but no idea how find the content or choose paths, or whatever it would take to make it right.

You will need to provide much more detail about what you are using from OS to software to the version of Native Access.

The screenshots are welcome but do not provide enough context for anyone to determine what is going on here.

    I'm on a HP Spectre Windows 11 PC up-to-date, using Native Access 3.16.0 (e4a635d / 1.22.0.0) with Cakewalk Sonar 2024.11 Build 097, 64bit.

I've installed and uninstalled, and reinstalled, but when I load my most recent project using with a track using Kontakt - Twenty-Five, I get those messages, and in Kontakt the instrument doesn't fully load.

What is the status of Twenty Five in Native Access? And in Kontakt?

What version of Kontakt is in the project?

Does this library load in Kontakt in standalone mode?

Twenty-Five loads in the standalone Kontakt 7, but not 6 or 8. Twenty-Five in Native Access says "installed." In my project it's Kontakt 6… on my desktop Twenty-Five loads fine. On the laptop Twenty-Five shows up in the Instrument Navigator but doesn't fully load as the attached screenshot shows.

Here is the reason this specific library will no longer run in Kontakt 6:

This was changed over a year ago - so it is odd you are discovering this now.

    You now have two choices

    1. Install the older (v1.00) version of Twenty Five found here:

Previous versions of recently updated Kontakt libraries / compatibility with K6 older libraries — Community

Which will restore your K6 session - BUT if you ever use Native Access again - be careful not to update this library again or you will be right back in this mess.

    OR

    2. Replace Twenty Five in that specific song with Kontakt 7 or 8 and carry on. You would need to know which patches were used etc to make an accurate replacement.

I am curious as to why version 2.0.1 (the current one that I could install right now) is not compatible with Kontakt 8. Are you using K8 Player or K8 Full?

I wasn't even aware of Native Access 2… I've downloaded that and updated everything and so far it seems to have solved all the issues. Thank you.
