can i upgrade to sunburst deluxe

in Komplete General

Special offer of 24.50 for Sunburst upgrade only says Komplete 12-15 required but does not

mention edition.

I have Komplete 15 Standard but it's trying to get me to take a more expensive option

    Hello,

    it's for users of komplete 13 to 15 standard or Komplete ultimate (collectors edition) 12 to 15, as far as I understand it. Or you own sunburst normal edition. But best is to log in and then you should see the correct version you can use.

    I have Komplete 15 standard yet it does not allow for the 24.50 discounted upgrade

    The approval checkmark is set for a higher price is what i meant

    OK now i get it.

    There are two upgrade categories, the first being for Komplete 12-15 , standard included, which cost more to upgrade

    than does the second category (thus the second box), being that for Komplete Ultimate, or having bought Sunburst separately, which makes for the cheaper upgrades.🤑

    I only qualify for the first category with Komplete Standard…thus double for the upgrade…😓
