Why is my upgrade price for Black Friday only $185 cheaper than a brand new customer?

You guys really need to do a better job looking out for your long time customers. I own Komplete Ultimate 13 and my upgrade price to Ultimate 15 is a slap in the face compared to a brand new customer with no loyalty towards your company. I paid more for Komplete Ultimate 13 than a brand new user that gets Komplete Ultimate 15 today and you still want me to pay $370 to upgrade as a black friday deal.

yeah, they want $599 $499 to upgrade from collections 14 to 15. No way in hell. I regularly upgrade but not anymore. I will be looking at other options and perhaps I might upgrade in 10 years if their pricing is this bad. I might as well wait and just buy the whole thing new again in 10 years. If they’re still in business.

I personally understand your attitude and I too think that N.I. ought to have 'rewarded customer loyalty' at the same time as giving new customers discounts. However those making such decisions do not take advice in the forum. Though it will most likely have no influence on present sale then you can address the issue by writing N.I. Purchase Support or by participating in the forum when there actually is any threads created by N.I. officers. I myself am sure that what you are seeing is the result of marketing decisions made by high ranking N.I. officers. The good news is that N.I. most likely are going to discount the updates and upgrades at a later sale.

To keep the forum tidy then I will however have to close this thread and ask you to participate in one of the open existing discussions , e.g. this one .
