Are you trying to use it with Maschine 3?

    No bud

Mk 1 software with mk 1 hardware mikro

Once I've installed the correct software driver.

It doesn't pin the machine mikro symbol

Like usual that's the odd thing it installs but no boot symbol to open program. Very strange.

    Windows 10 I 7 dell 7520.

The only thing I haven't done is register the serial number. But I can't understand why that would effect the install then giving me access to boot the actual program I'm well confused 🤔 😕.

    Thanks for ur reply

I don't think you can install or register Maschine 1 any more due to it being a dinosaur. You have to register Maschine software now via Native Access, so you'll need Maschine 2 software.

The Mikro Mk1 won't work with Maschine 3.

Right so first delete previous installs of mk 1 setup off my computer

1.register my serial via native access.( I've downloaded access already) But not the serial

    2 install mk2 software drivers?

    3. Install the mk 2 software controller

Many many thanks for ur time bud really appreciate. Dying to lay some beats ATM been 6 years of no laptop, finally got the money to purchase a laptop . So greatly appreciated ur response. Can u just confirm my 1/2/3 steps are correct.

So download and installed mk2 software it acknowledged the serial and also registered the serial on access.

But still it won't complete the install and pin the upload machine icon for me to boot the program.

I think it's the USB 3.0 as it's states it on FAQ on native. All mine are powered 3.0

Igunna try it on a old desktop see if it sorts out cus I'm run out of options now..

It must be the interference with 3.0/2.0
