Unsure what I bought.....

Hello everyone,

Recently I bought an S88 controller bundled with Komplete 15. According to what I see on-screen, and what I have successfully downloaded and installed, this should include Kontakt, 7, 8, Reaktor 6, & Komplete Kontrol, plus various other effects packages. Through Komplete Kontrol I also see Hypha, Piano Uno, & Stradivari Cello.

Then I get an email ad for Kontakt 8, which I supposedly got through my purchase of Komplete 15. In that ad there are MANY more instruments than I got through my download of Komplete 15 through Native Access. What am I missing here?

    I'm very new to the software as well. I just got my s61 a couple of weeks ago. I think some screen shots here would help sort it out. What does Native Access show for what is available to you? It should be under the "Available" header.
