Jumps in songs

in Traktor Software & Hardware 

There is a jump in the songs. I am connected with a Pioneer A9 mixer and D2 remotes and every now and then there is a jump in the song. Is it related to the operating system I am working on? I downgraded the software from 3.8 to 3.4 and still have the same problem. I would appreciate an answer. Thank you very much

    Is it stuttering? Or does it jump beat perfect? Are you pressing a button while it happens?

    Is there a situation where the operating system is not compatible with the Traktor 3.4.2 software? Monterey 12.7.6
