Calibrate pedal on Kontrol S61 MK3, firmware 1.8.7

So the manual talks about a page that doesn't exist in the settings.

I think they've moved the pedal settings to the Midi templates thing. But this is an awful buggy release and they haven't updated their manual and maybe not implemented pedal calibration, making my pedals effectively useless.

How do I calibrate pedals on the newest firmware?

How do I downgrade the firmware to access the old pedal settings?

Also the main encoder doesn't work on the edit midi template page meaning I have to do everything with import/export.

This is my first experiences with NI controllers, and so far it's been bad to be honest. If I had time I'd ditch this and choose another brand.
