Where can I find the settings on the S4mk3 to turn off the LEDs when not activated?

    There is no setting or user customization for that. Not even for brightness. It only goes from 'dimmed' to 'full' in a discrete step. 'Off' is only for LED's with no output assignment, either because the button has currently no function or because you specifically coded the button to have a trigger function but zero LED feedback.

    That's for all Traktor controllers' LED's since the advent of the S4Mk3 and includes the S2Mk3, the S3, the X1Mk3 and the Z1Mk2.
