Native Access no longer recognizes my password
Anybody have any idea why I can login to NI site but not NI access? This is a new issue.
Have reinstalled newest version, restarted my computer, still no go. I have a support ticket in but thought maybe someone else has experienced this or has a solution. Thanks
Mini Mac M2pro OSX14.6.1

Hello jimmy hammer, normally installing the latest Native Access version should help you with this subject:
But, if this does not help, and if you have already requested a support ticket, our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
I hope this helps☺️

Thanks to those who tried to help. The answer came from NI tech. Turns out it wanted my Mac computer password as it was trying to install "dependencies." That's a first for me! And now so obvious. I was so intensely focused on NI password screw up that it never occurred to me that the window resembling a Mac pw prompt would the clue, along with my name instead of my email name….DOH!!! 🙄

There was once upon a time when we had two Native Instruments accounts…one for the forum and another for the store.
I think now, the password I use for everything is the same as the one on the forum, and just now I confirmed that in Native Access as well as here in the forum's account settings.
But having said that, I do remember maybe about 6 months ago, I had to use my old store password for something. I don't recall the precise reason, but I sure did. Luckily, that old password is still in my password manager and my noggin, so I used it and whatever I was doing seemed to work.
So try that, maybe?
And if that doesn't work, then you'll need to change your password on the site, and then change your password in Native Access. Or something. Because it is working today, at least for me. Good luck!
