Hi. I'm new here.

yesterday I installed Albion Loegria of Spitfire. It shows as successfully installed in Native Access, and the folder path is correctly set. However, it doesn't appear in Kontakt player.

How can I resolve it ?

All the best

Standard attempt to fix that is this one : reinitialize the KONTAKT Database

Else what is your exact OS version and what is your Native Access and Kontakt version ?

    Hi there,

I have the same problem as MS KIM described.

Spitfire Audio Loegria is installed correctly and activated via Native Access (version 3.16.0).
However, it does not appear in the library of Kontakt 8 (Player, version 8.1.0) or Kontakt 7 (Full, version 7.10.7). It does show up in Kontakt 6 (Full, version 6.8.0 R0).

Things I have already tried without success:
    - Reinitializing the Kontakt 7 and 8 databases (several times)

    - Uninstalling Leogria via Native Access 2 (version 3.16.0) and reinstalling via Native Access Legacy (after uninstalling Native Access 2 and NTKDaemon first)

Looking around the forums, I found that several people seem to be having the same problem.

Is there anything else I can try or is this something that either Native Instruments or Spitfire Audio need to fix on their end?
