Can't open a ticket. The page redirects after less than a second.

I have a link to contact support in my order confirmation email. This link opens what looks like a contact form. The problem is, the page refreshes and I end up at the search page for support articles. I've tried blocking redirects in my browser, and that doesn't work. I've tried two browsers on MacOS, one on iPhone and one on Linux. I've tried it where I'm logged in and where I'm not, and there's no difference. So I have no way to get in touch with the company. Can someone help? It's been a day and a half since I bought a new Kontakt instrument, and it's still not showing up in Native Access (I tried all the troubleshooting steps in the article).
