Help? Kontakt 6.8 installed on new machine but crashes on opening?

Help? Kontakt 6.8 installed on new Windows10 pro, 13th gen i5, 32g ram, but it crashes on opening, and I can't seem to find a way to send the crash report to support. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling, after cleaning files, etc, but to no avail.
