"piano uno" and other instruments doesn't appear at kontakt8 player

Install kontakt 8 player at Native Access without error message.
But, there are no instruments on kontakt 8 player.
(maybe, there are "piano uno" when install correct)

(Combined, Tools.. other tab is also too.)

I already have kontakt7(full) and other instruments.
but other instruments is not appear too.
(other instrumens apper at "VIEW→ClassicView")

I tried re-install kontakt8player and kontakt7, but doesn't solve.

@Shin-no-suke Can you give this a try?

1. Click the Windows start button at the bottom left of your screen.
2. Type "%localappdata%" and click the option that appears.
3. Navigate to the Native Instruments folder.
4. Delete or rename the komplete.db3 file

Open Kontakt 8 Player in standalone, can you see libraries and tools, etc…?

I solved this problem !!

I tried operation which you told and delete windows registry.
