Traktor LE2 will not run

As a beginner, I bought an older controller Reloop Mixage IE MK2 and installed the included Traktor LE 2 - software- When I want to start the dj-software, a window will be opened with 3 possibility to go on: Demo / Buy / Activate. When I use "Activate", it will connect me with the service center. After I put in my login data, the system works 10 seconds and than I get the message "server communicstion error 15"

What's running wrong?

    Service Center software has been discontinued. Not sure if Traktor LE 2 can be activated with Native Access. Traktor 2 in general is very old and only a stripped down limited version of Traktor.
